Guangdong Country Garden (IB World) School, located in Beijiao Town, Shunde District, Foshan City, is a lawfully invested holding of the Country Garden Group. It is a member of the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO). Authorized by the IBO in 2001, Guangdong Country Garden School started to implement the Diploma Programme, making international education available to students without going abroad. It is a private, full-time boarding school. There are two study systems at the school: National Bilingual curriculum and International Baccalaureate curriculum. There is also a Foreign Students Section.
National Bilingual stream includes Kindergarten, Primary School, Junior High School and Senior High School. These levels guide students on the way to be accepted by domestic universities. International stream has the IBO curriculum at the PYP, MYP Junior and Senior and DP school levels to guide students to world-class universities at home and abroad.
Bilingual Chinese Section exists to strengthen bilingual Chinese-style streamlined education with Kindergarten, Primary, Junior and Senior School. Its aim is to satisfy the needs of the parents who are preparing their children to study in domestic universities. IB International Section carries out streamlined international education with Kindergarten, PYP, MYP and DP in order to meet the needs of the parents who are preparing their children to study in overseas universities.
