Unlike other China study abroad programs, CEC assists foreign students submit their applications directly to the university. You will enroll in the Chinese language program provided by the Chinese university, not some private language schools. We assist students applying to any university in China, not only to universities that we represent or schools listed on our website.

You will pay tuition and accommodation fee directly to the university at the time of registration. CEC will only charge a USD$300 consulting fee (school application fee included) for all language programs. You will receive the university admission notice and JW202 by express mail.

How to apply

Step 1

Please first email us the following information:

1) Contact person name and phone number
2) Student information
A) Name; B) Age; C) Sex; D) Nationality;
3) Student current education level
4) Intended semester of entry
5) Intended school or location of study (if any)
6) Chinese proficiency (Good/Average/Beginner)
7) Annual budget (including tuition, accommodation and meals)

Step 2

After we receive your information, our consultants will contact you shortly. We will collect the consulting fee and process your application only if we believe we can find you what you want based on all information you provide us. We will suggest you to change some of your preferences if necessary. Then, we will send you the CEC application form.

Step 3

You need to return the CEC application form and all required documents by email or fax.

Required Documents for school admission:
1) Photocopy of the applicant’s passport;
2) Photocopy of the applicant’s latest academic diploma or certificate of university education;
3) Photocopy of the applicant’s school transcript;
4) Passport Photo (image file format only);

Step 4

Settle the consulting fee (USD$300) by credit card or telegraphic transfers (TT). You will pay the tuition and accommodation fee directly to the university at the time of registration.

Step 5

We will recommend programs based on your preferences. You will make the decision after we go over all available options with you. Then, we will submit your application to the university. After your application is accepted, a school admission notice and JW202 form will be sent to you. We will also arrange accommodation and other required services for you.

Step 6

Apply for your student visa and purchase your flight ticket to China. Please note that we are not able to handle student visa for overseas students in person. We can provide advices and guideline if needed. Applying for student visa in China is not complicated at all - please visit Visa Apply.
