Help me compare my choices? thanks a lot!

(U can use Chinese or English to reply my questions as u like.)

I passed Chinese Culture and Use of English only in AL this year.
And Huaqiao University accepted my application, so I can go to study year 1.
The other choice is go to Jinan University to study one year foundation and get into the University next year.
The 1st question is :Should I spend 5 years or 4 years to get a degree?

And my choice is to study either Japanese or tourism, luckily, these 2 Universities have provided these degress courses.
May I ask :Which University is better?
